A Compilation Video of our Summer at Bar Harbor KOA!

It is so hard to accurately describe how beautiful it is here in Bar Harbor, Maine.  Over the past five and a half months, I’ve done my best to document some of the sights and sounds of the area.  We have made so many wonderful friends here at the Bar Harbor KOA and will miss every one of them.

Here is a compilation of some of the highlights of our time here along with my friends and coworkers who made the time that much more enjoyable.

Enjoy…

  1. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a thousand pictures. We loved the video Suzy …. the sequence of the slides and music was perfect and conveys the atmosphere and feeling of the experience so much better than a few random photos posted in a blog. Great job 🙂

PS: We picked up our new little camping trailer yesterday and have named it “Godspeed” 🙂

    1. Hi Neil and Yoly!
Thank you so much for the kind words!! They mean so much coming from you as your videos are always so amazingly beautiful. I really enjoyed putting the video together and it put the whole summer into perspective. While it was a hard, long summer, the highlights of the journey are what we will remember. And the video was a great parting gift to my coworkers also.

So glad to see you may be back on the road soon! We would love to meet up with you. We are leaving here on Oct 1 and will be taking about 3 weeks to get down to FL. Love the name Godspeed. We haven’t named ours yet. I guess we could call it the Sitcom. LOL!

    1. Hi Jenny!
It is just beautiful here. We are a little sad to go, but are looking forward to all the adventures on the horizon. We are leaving for St. Petersburg, FL on Oct 1. And the journey continues! Thanks so much for following along!

  2. Having lived near Bangor, ME most of my adult life I truly appreciate the natural beauty of what you experienced during your stay in Bar Harbor. There’s no place I would rather be than at the summit in Acadia National Park watching the sun rise. Feeling melancholy…I now live in Virginia; not so cold here. This state has lots of beauty to explore also.

    1. Hi Elizabeth!
Thank you so much for stopping by the Sitcom! Yes, I agree. Maine is simply beautiful! We will definitely be back one day. It is the first major stop on our journey, so we have plenty more country to see, but Maine did leave a lasting impression. We will be leaving in about a week for the state of Arizona where we will be working near the Grand Canyon. Looking forward to lots of fun new adventures!

      Thank you for stopping by!
